I am staying with a friend in Sydney for the week and I seem to be in love with the local grocery store and its selection of gluten (and dairy free) products.
My latest discovery is Yumis Spicy Pumpkin Dip. It is gluten and dairy free – made in Australia and DELICIOUS!
I also tried out the olive dip last night (it only lasted one day) and went great with bbq gluten free rice crackers.
Anyway my lunch today consisted of Gluten Free multi grain Bread,
Ffree-rangeEggs and yumis Spicy pumpkin dip.
